Terms & conditions for payments with Travel Suppliers:

All payments are made directly to our travel suppliers and any cancellations or changes are subject to their fee schedule and policies. Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable. If travel insurance has been purchased you may be entitled to a credit up to the full amount paid, minus the cost of the insurance. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons, but it is the sole discretion of the insurance company. Wilmath Travel Oklahoma, LLC does not have any control over insurance claims or payments, nor do we file insurance claims for you.

Terms & conditions for Motorcoach Only Trips:

All payments are made directly to Wilmath Travel Oklahoma LLC by check or money order. Any cancellation of the trip or from the venues booked then you will receive 100% refund. No refunds will be given 90 days from the date of the tour, unless we have a waiting list. If you find a replacement, then the monies exchanged will be between you and your replacement. If we have a waiting list and we find you a replacement you will receive your refund once the tour is completed.
